The shortest program is the Express Wellness Program that runs for two weeks. This program is recommended to those who wish to optimise their current state of good health and who have no underlying chronic or digestive health healths. This program is perfect for after times you have experienced overindulgence, and is great to use on a regular basis to maintain optimal health.
This four week program helps improve digestive health, liver function and overall health and wellbeing. This program is great for those with general digestive or health imbalances and assists in supporting healthy intestinal microbial balance.
This six week program is ideal for those who suffer from chronic or extensive digestive symptoms. This includes digestive conditions and imbalances with gut flora that create a negative environment and impact on overall health and wellbeing.
This six week program provides additional liver support to those who are exposed to high levels of chemicals.
This six week program intensifies the removal of heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury.

I thought the liver was our primary detoxification organ, why does this detox start with addressing the gut?
Although the liver is one of our primary detoxification organs, the gastrointestinal system also plays a substantial role in detoxification. What’s more, after toxins have been processed into less harmful substances by the liver, they are often returned to the digestive tract for excretion from the body. If the digestive function is not corrected, there is a risk that some of these toxins may get reabsorbed into the bloodstream. As harmful intestinal microflora can also create their own internal toxic by-products, it is also important that gut health is corrected to minimise further assault on the digestive organs.
What is the difference between your Healthy Wellbeing Program and fasting or juice detoxes?
Detoxification is a process which involves amino acids, which come from protein, to assist in eliminating toxins from the body. Amino acids are used to bind to molecules requiring detoxification and effectively eliminate them from the body. Without adequate protein from your diet, your body is unable to effectively detoxify. Juice is a combination of water, sugars and in some cases small amounts of fibre. Juice fasting does not provide adequate amounts of protein for detoxification, and in many cases can cause a loss in muscle mass as the amino acids from your own muscle are used to support the detoxification process. By including protein in your detoxification diet this will ensure that your body has sufficient amino acids to support optimal detoxification; likewise, you will preserve your muscle mass and improve the outcomes of your Healthy Wellbeing Program.
How does this program differ to the one that I can purchase off the shelf?
