Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Nutrition

When I became pregnant, my interest in nutrition, like my belly, grew and grew. I thought I was eating the right foods, and avoiding the bad ones, but every second book I read contradicted the first and I was left completely confused! Don’t cause yourself unnecessary stress like I did, let Nurtured Wellbeing cut the confusion out of pregnancy and breastfeeding nutrition!

 

As with all of Nurtured Wellbeing’s sessions, I complete a body composition assessment passing 4 varying electrical currents through your body (completely safe for bub!). With this assessment, I am able to track your fluid levels, ensure you’re gaining sufficient weight, monitor your cell health and provide you with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan outlining the best foods to eat for each stage of your pregnancy, as well as the foods that are best to avoid.

 

The importance of pregnancy nutrition doesn’t stop once bub is born. As you have done for the previous 9 months, you need to continue to provide your baby with nutritional support when breastfeeding. I equip you with all of the information you need through this stage, and can help with safely returning to your pre-baby weight, if required.
